Customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. The front desk manager refused to speak to me when I had an issue with the hotel and left me to deal with his assistant who had already told me I would have to speak with him when he got back in the office. He returned the assistant to me to relay his message instead of hearing me out. I'm not happy at all with the level of service for professionalism that I experience with management at this hotel. New management is recommended at this time. They left a bad taste in my mouth for the entire franchise will remember to avoid them in the future.
