I was not impressed with the outdoor furniture I purchased from Neoteric Luxury. The quality was below my expectations and some of the pieces were damaged upon arrival. The customer service was disappointing as well. They were not responsive and did not provide a satisfactory solution to the issues I faced. I would not recommend Neoteric Luxury for anyone looking for luxury outdoor furniture.
