This place is horrible. They do not care about their clients, they are more concerned with their employee. My mom and I called to ask them some questions and they told us that the agency could not service my mom because of where she lived but when the insurance company called them they said yes and took the contract. In the 4 weeks they had a contract with my mom, the agency only sent a provider about 10 days total and never a floater on the days there was no provider.
Management was rude and when questioned and kept saying we are looking but we can't find anyone, yet no floater until then. Then their provider complained about my mom because my mom didn't like her and the agency gave my mom a hard time for upsetting their provider, by the way my mom is 83. This company lies, go with someone else, we did.
