I recently bought a Kiwi 3 and had some questions with the device. I called their main customer service line and I was surprised that an actual person picked up the phone. No robots, no diverted calls. The gentlemen was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Then directed me to their website where it has detailed instructional videos to help me with my setup. Apparently, they invested in some quality videos and it helps me get on my way.

The buck didn't stop there, they also went the extra mile to set me up in their consumer service system should I have any questions in the future. My experience with PLX Devices is that this is a top grade company. Their staff is friendly, highly educated, professional and courteous. They train their staff well and they have a level of standard that is not common in this day and age.
