Came here tonight because my husband has been having terrible dizziness nonstop for 2 days. Sat in the hot waiting area for over 45 minutes and nobody even called him to get his vitals! Ridiculous! Very disappointed in the BS&W facility! Left and went to another hospital! Get it together!
