My dog had a pet emergency, I called to make an appointment and the person on the phone had the audacity to say are you lying just to get an appointment or is this an emergency? I understand we are in a pandemic and it is difficult to get appointments, but it was handled extremely unprofessionally. We did not take our dog here.
