Walked into reception and was told my membership was expired and to go and renew it. I assumed I could do that after lunch. When walking past I was then spoken to very rudely by the person at sign in saying we take this very seriously, I told you to go and renew
Bit of a miscommunication but both him and the lady at the member services desk talked to me disgustingly. Didn t even want to renew after that. Lucky I don t come here too often. Work on the way you speak to your customers.
