I am sadly very dissatisfied with Doyle. I tried to resolve this with customer service and was told a manager would call me. I am still waiting for a call back and it has been about a month. I originally decided to go with the company because they were locally owned and had good reviews, but now I feel like I have been misled and probably should have picked one of the other companies.
Update:
May 9, 2020: I was told that a manager would call us back, but I haven't heard from them yet.
Update. May 27,2020
We got a call from Doyle and felt that our concerns were acknowledged, taken seriously, and addressed to our complete satisfaction. The company lived up to our expectations.
