Ah, I can only give 5/5; not more than that. The best customer service I ever had in my whole life. Let me tell my experience.

I started to play tennis since last year. I rented demo Tennis rackets (a 4-week program) in last September 2019. I played for 2 weeks and when I returned the rackets, I told them that I am not going to renew renting until I play again. Winter came and then pandemic; no tennis.

Finally, I have resumed playing since this June. I wondered if they had me in their database and even if they had, will they let me utilize the remaining 2 weeks of my demo program. To my surprise, they did and I rented the rackets.

Finally, at the end of my demo program, I have decided to buy a racket and bought one there. They offered the best price among all online/retail sellers. They have also let me subtract the demo program's cost on the racket's cost.

I had the best and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them. The sales guys are fine gentlemen!! Very much satisfied.
