Ruined just by the last day breakfast. They send me back because no trolleys allowed. I had a laptop bag on wheels... get real! Guy actually enjoyed it pointing out to the sign and telling me I can go (queue) at the reception to store it. Forget it
I skipped paid breakfast and had a sandwich on the fairground but please use your rules for crazy people carrying their luggage to the breakfast area, and not a laptop bag (even if it has a wheel...). Felt bullied by hotel staff, because they could.
