Staff is HORRIBLE. The counselors/ teachers are great but the front desk staff and pretty much any person there to organize or help are just plain awful. They are rude, unorganized and do not seem to have a clue about what is actually going on. The first time something happened I let it go because the director was so quick to reach out to me after the incident, so I didn t post a bad review and chalked it up to poor training and it was the very first day of summer camp. However, this week AGAIN, rude staff and they just don t seem to know what they are doing or just lack basic communication skills. We will not be back to this location.
