My experience at Molly Brannigan's was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever fallen victim to. I was a part of a large party (in which a reservation was made weeks in advanced) and was appointed one server to take care of all 45 of us. Aside from waiting 2 hours to get our dinners, our waitress was exceedingly rude to us and clueless about what certain menu items were. As unbelievable as it is, after waiting for 2 hours FOR A PLAIN BURGER, our server walks over with a burger and asks, "I know u asked for a burger with no toppings, and I know this one is not plain, but can you take it anyways if ur not allergic to anything on it..." On top of the whole situation, not one single staff member had any humility to apologize for spoiling our gathering. It is troubling that this company hires people who can be so obscene to work for them and represent them... Not to mention when their field of work is customer service.
