Checked my credit score before looking into buying...

Checked my credit score before looking into buying a home and noticed I had derogatory mark from this company. It showed I owed them $31.00 from a visit over a year ago. I never received this bill nor got any phone calls about it going to collections. My case at the time was being handled by Workmens Comp so if they billed it correctly it would have been handled in a timely manner. If you go here just make sure they bill you correctly or it will show up on your credit report!!

UPDATE: just got off the phone with Ladonna in accounting she was able to help resolve this issues. She was very quick to handle the claim and it got resolved in a timely manner. I appreciate the help!
