One of my Family members that works for the Omni Hotels & Resorts hooked us up on the Family discount. Upon arrival, The Manager at the front desk advised us that the discounts would be applied to the rooms. Prior to arrival, we were told that a complementary Wedding Anniversary would be in the room for one of my family members upon arrival to the hotel. Unfortunately the wedding anniversary amenity was not sent upon arrival to the room. After checkouts we noticed that there was the wedding anniversary amenity charge even though one of your associates told us that it would be complementary. Also the discounts were not applied after check out. Plus our room #239 our HVAC The property was beautiful!
