I have NEVER been to an airport so disorganized/rude. Getting into the TSA line was easy. Getting through the TSA linenow that s a different story. There were multiple TSA staff just standing around, holding walls up. While they could have been helping to remove empty buckets from the belt. Going through the pro vision check, the guy was ABSOLUTELY rude. Do you hate your job that much? If that s the case find a new job. Your pilots (wether or not they are yours ) just shove their way past people no excuse me s (which he works for the American Airlines). Only having a 3.7 Star rating explains everything.
