Horrific customer service -- their front counter staff lack proper training, knowledge, and basic commitment to their jobs to adequately service customers' needs. The owners "manage" their business remotely by watching security camera feeds linked to their cell phones.

Total Tan remains in business largely due to their practice of aggressively pursuing customers and BRIBING them with free products and services for posting positive reviews on Facebook, Google, Yelp!, etc-- in violation of the platforms' policies.

Their menu of services beyond tanning include various weight-loss and other money grab "treatments" marketed with outrageous claims that have been debunked by the medical community, and dismissed as deceptive and misleading forms of snake oil peddling.

It is unbelievable that the City of West Hollywood and Better Business Bureau are complicit to "Sid and Nancy's" business practices.
