The room was great with a recently remodeled bath, and comfortable space. Parking was an issue. There used to be free parking; the addition of several parking gates did cause problems and confusion. After calling the desk for help at one of the gates, using the cell phone, the woman answering the hotel phone just hung up after the situation was explained. A hotel patron in the line of 8 cars rose to the occasion and helped out! Overall, it seemed the staff was not rude but had a common attitude of indifference to guests. The upstairs pool was used and appreciated. The Jacuzzi water was changed daily...excellent sign of a hotel adhering to the highest possible cleanliness standards!
