I dropped my car off at 9:40am for an oil change, was told I had a recall and they would take care of it. My advisor left and no one took over my car. I called multiple times around three and didn t speak to someone until 5. The receptionist stopped answering my calls, I blocked my number and she answered the first ring. I finally spoke to someone and came to pick my car up EIGHT HOURS LATER and they didn t do the recall. I called and left two messages with the service manager and still haven t heard back.
