I bought a warranty on Michelin tires to cover street damage. I returned to Pep Boys S. Phila today to replace a tire. I was told it would be free and wait in the waiting area
Should be ready in 45 minutes. 90.minutes.later I returned to service desk to see if car was ready. I was told the tire was not in stock!! No.one checked when I handed them the keys.
I was told a tire would come shortly and it would be ready after 12. At 4 pm I Still did not

have the tire on
I was told the transmission fluid should be replaced at 60,000 miles. I asked how much and was told $200. I said it was over priced so they offered $160. Does that mean I was a sucker at $200 if I said yes.

The customer service on Columbus blvd is horrible. Pep Boys ads state "we won't quit until it's fixed." Or "we don't sell. We solve!"
