Absolutely disappointed with this property. The first few weeks we lived here, we didn't have hot water. After 4 or 5 maintenance requests, they finally came to fix it. Our doors aren't put on properly, so they don't lock. Our air conditioning went out and it was 95 degrees in here. I called for someone to come to fix it (it's obviously an emergency right?) instead, my call was answered by a rude woman who basically told me no one was coming to fix it and we had to deal with it. It's December and I'm having to sleep in a 95 degree house. My roommates and I are all having to sleep downstairs on the floor instead of the room I pay $644 for out of my own money. I feel like I'm taking my hard earned cash and lighting it on fire. I will not be renewing here. Anyone looking to lease here, please think twice.
