I originally wrote this under a different email, mistakenly, so I transferred it to the proper email.

So far things are not as quick as hoped. The final stage is incredibly slow and confusing. Luckily, rategenius responded not only to my previous review but my loan officer is trying to expedite the process. My loan officer and call center staff have been incredibly helpful.

Overall, the company did find a good rate for my car refinance but there are too many people working on the case at a time and I think that is why this final stage took so long. Ideally, I would have worked exclusively with my loan officer over being transferred to the loan processor in the final stage. Likewise, there were far too many different ways to upload and send in documents. They need to streamline that process by setting up some sort of account instead of using several different emails with links.

Now that my loan officer smoothed things over I can finally give a positive recommendation and hopefully the process is more straight forward in the future.
