I appreciate the difficult times we are living in but my experience is much the same as many others here. Chair ordered for next day delivery. Days later I'm told there will be a delay. Then get an email to say there will be a further delay. Eventually speeak to someone on the phone and cancel the order.

Told to wait 10 days for a refund - it didn't arrive. Spent ages on the phone and sent daily emails and eventually got a refund weeks later.

Terrible customer service. My advice is to avoid them. I only gave one star because you can't give zero stars. Only wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.
