- I placed an order for two desks and two chairs on 21st March, paying significantly extra for each item for next day delivery.
- After receiving zero updates or delivery ETAs, and no response to emails or contact forms, I finally managed to get through on the phone at end of March, to be told my order was being held as one item was out of stock. We agreed to split the order, which three items despatched immediately and one to follow a week later . The three items arrived 30th March.
- Having received no update on the ETA for the outstanding item, and again no email response, I again called on 7th April. The gentleman I spoke with here advised that the item was actually not being manufactured due to the current situation. Reluctantly, he agreed to organise a refund that the customer service team would be processing within 7 days .
- I am still waiting for this refund, one month later.
