I recently leased an RDX from Open Road Acura of Wayne and I could not be more satisfied with my experience . My salesman Chris was outstanding, and never made me feel any pressure to make a decision on the spot. He was professional, and went above and beyond to make sure he answered all of my questions. I was there for 2 hours, so I had certainly had a lot! Chris made my experience easy and enjoyable. He followed up with me and made sure that I was satisfied every step of the way. It was because of him that I leased a new vehicle, instead of buying out the RDX I was driving when I walked in that day. I highly recommend Chris to all of my friends, family, and anyone reading this review. Open Road Acura is lucky to have such a valuable employee. Thank you so much again, Chris!
