Currently working part-time and appreciate the job...

Currently working part-time and appreciate the job that I have and the hours I get. I think communication and expectations could be improved, but again I'm only working part-time so my experience is limited. I think that because of the communication deficiencies and expectations not being as clear as they could be, it can allow opportunities for poor employees to not be held accountable. But I overall enjoy the people I get work with and feel I have the supplies necessary to perform my job, which is important. I'd recommend to anyone looking for part-time work.
