I've been an off and on customer for years. I even bought my last car here. I believe that service quality has slipped noticeably with the new management. Right now I'm paying 100+ dollars for a synthetic oil change that was supposed to be done right away. It's now more than an hour later and I'm told that I have to wait another 20 minutes. The waiting room only has seven or eight chairs so we're waiting in the showroom and the fancy coffee machine is broken.
