We had placed an order for a video conferencing equipment with this company. The delivery was promised in 3-4 weeks. it took 7 weeks to deliver. The worst was yet to come. 4 months after the purchase there was technical glitch and we contacted the vendor support and the customer care told us that the serial number showed that it was meant for sale in another part of the world and as such she couldn't support us and we would have to contact someone in that part of the world. So in effect this company sold us a grey market system. When contacted they claimed that we should have checked and reverted back to them in a week or so and now they can't help us. I would never do business with them nor should you as well.
