Absolutely terrible. Audi South Africa is not keeping it together. Their websites are not setup for existing customers. All customer's information is meant to be available online, yet there's no way of accessing it. The portals have all disappeared. All email addresses I've used to communicate service requests etc. are no longer valid. Things are just falling apart and it's been an absolute nightmare dealing with them. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because of the branch in Bryanston (they at least had one competent employee to help me). We're living in the new age while Audi is reversing into the arch ages where they expect you to find them on a map and go in store if you want someone to be forced to assist you .No one at Audi knows what customer service is.. Good luck with after sales care if you decide to buy from Audi..
