The hotel reception is great. Friendly, attentive rooms are clean and quiet. Casino is clean, plenty of staff, good security. security in parking lot can feel overbearing however. They don't like people lingering at their vehicles but it only makes it more safe. Eye in the sky definitely top notch. do your makeup or whatever elsewhere. Open floor, doesn't feel closed in like some casinos but not enormous to where you loose your party if you look the other way. They have gone out of their way to help with a misplaced item or ticket
