Recruiter called me 3 times in a row without leaving a message. When I decided to answer I could barely hear her as she described a remote "job" out of Virginia. When I advised her that I'm would like to decline the job, she insisted she send me an email on the position anyway. I told her I could barely hear her and that I wasn't interested. She continued to speak. I hung up and she called back. The number is now on my block list.
