Abysmal service. Unfortunately had to make a claim following a ski accident. I should have taken the warning signs then when they couldn't even find my policy and kept telling me to phone the broke.The broker is actually based in Cardiff, the claims assessors in Surrey. I was standing on the side of a mountain trying to make calls to Cardiff for god's sake.
When they got back to me, they literally paid a quarter of the (small) claim and charged me the excess twice. I paid for silver service and got utter rubbish. I do not recommend this company for a ski holiday - for such a serious, high risk sport, the policy has turned out to be worthless. Heed my advice.
