Extremely disappointed with our whole experience! ...

Extremely disappointed with our whole experience! Staff was rude and too busy talking with one another to be bothered with guests. They constantly announced free water due to the extreme heat yet each vendor refused. I was overcharged for drinks . some machines or dispensers did not work due to the heat,thats the response i was given and yet no one attempted to fix anything. You ask for directions and still get pointed in the wrong direction. Horrible experience!!!!! Bathrooms were beyond gross!
