From the first time we called A#1 Air and Mr. Palmer came out, we have had a great experience. Mr. Palmer gave us the straight scoop and let us know what needed to be fixed. There was no pressure to have service through A#1 Air at the time, since we had a home warranty. We had the repair done thinking all was well and 2 MONTHS LATER our AC goes out. Mr. Tate came out and gave us the correct information about what had really been done to our system and gave us our options. Needless to say, we decided to go with A#1 Air and have a new system installed the correct way. Mr. Juarez and the other installer (wish I knew his name - he was great as well!) did a wonderful job with the installation and have given us peace mind that we made the right choice in A#1 Air. You now have a customer for life and I will make sure to recommend you to others.
