Absolutely discusted with the poor service. We have not had a functioning boiler for five months now. We can never seem to speak to the manager who is to busy, and obviously to busy to reply to any of the messages we leave with other members of staff! So much for 'dedicated to serving the needs of landlords and tenants' what a load of rubbish!
