My wife and visited this location Tuesday afternoon after having a negative experience at the Hudsan Nissan location in North Charleston. We parked right in front of the doors. We could see salespeople standing around inside. Eye contact was made, so we assumed it wouldn't be long before someone would be out to help us. We walked around the lot looking at our options. The barcode scanning didn't work correctly. When scanned, the codes didn't redirect to the specific listings, only the website homepage where we then had to search for the car were were interested in. Very annoying. A half hour passed and nobody came out to assist us. At this point we were extremely irritated, having just come from the location on Rivers Avenue where the "salespeople" did the same thing. If this is a corporate decision to not engage with walk-ons who show up on the lot without an appointment and instead only focus only on communicating with people online, it's a terrible one. My son and I even walked inside to use the restroom without anyone acknowledging us. Like the other dealership, there were 4 or 5 cars there we would have liked to have seen. You could have had a sale. As I said in the review for your other location, you need to work on your people stills. If nothing else, your consistency gets five stars.
