I have ordered several pants from Betabrand. I have loved them all. Received complements and recommended the brand. Granted, I did not meet their return policy of 60 days. I purchased a pair of pants over a year ago. They have been hanging in my closet with the tag on them. I pulled them out this week to wear and they have a hole. I called and was told I could get a 20% off coupon code. Why would I order another pair of pants with a hole in them. I guess my shock is, if you believe in your product, it shouldn t matter how long ago it was purchased. I would have taken an even exchange. And would you not want the torn pair back for quality control? Unless you truly don t care. I m done, and sadly will not recommend this company again.
