Beware of their 1 for 1 or promotional antics during NATAS fair! My mom went to Natas fair early on friday to enjoy early bird deals. Staff at CTC booth told her about a 1 for 1 deal to Yunnan and she decided to sign up, paid a deposit and went home after that. A few hours later, the staff called her and told her there's actually no 1 for 1 deal for the tour she's signing up for. Long story short, it took over 10 phone calls over the course of 3 days and CTC said they will refund the deposit but are unwilling to make any compensation for the blatant lie that made my mom sign up for the tour. They even asked her to do whatever she wants whether she wants to contact the newspapers etc. Really bad customer service by CTC. We will never patronize them again.
