The rooms were not cleaned until 6.30pm most days. Only beds made and towels were changed no clean coffee cups or glasss were exchanged everyday. Bedsheets not changed the whole 11 days we were there. Bathroom mirrors and bench tops not wiped over. The hotel is not disability friendly couldn t go upstairs for any breakfasts. Had a bad fall on one of the pathways at night as there was no lighting there and paving was missing. Hurt hand and knee badly. Management never even checked the next day as to how I was going. Was told to drink a lot of water as that would help after my fall I asked if I could get some water and was told No you already got two bottles in your room. The pool is not disable friendly as you can t get out. The steel steps of the pool are coming away from the screws in the ground. Food and drinks extremely expensive at hotel bar/restaurant.
