Tried to buy 4 tickets online the transaction went...

Tried to buy 4 tickets online the transaction went through on my card but never received the tickets and then when I call the megaplex then stated they never received my payment the agent place me in ahold then when he came back he said he couldn t see anything I gave him my card number my seat numbers everything then finally when I started asking more and more question he finally said he seen the transaction and he would receive it that was all the money I had in my account , the customer service was horrible and just unfair . I feel as megaplex should do something to make it right
