We like the property but we were regularly waiting...

We like the property but we were regularly waiting for people at the front desk, only once out of a 3 night stay did any employee give us any sort of friendly greeting, kids were running and screaming up and down the halls after 10pm and their parents were having loud conversations in the hall and no one was telling them it was inappropriate, people were smoking in nonsmoking areas, a lot of people were not obeying public space mask regulations, and it would have been nice to have a microwave like some of the other lodges. It also would have been nice to know how low the lake was in the off-season, we had no idea. The restaurant was good and the waitresses were working hard and we're friendly.
