Terrible service and terrible customer service. The thing about a star is because I can not put 0 stars or better yet, negatives. We contract a collection service on the SEUR website before 3pm. We were waiting all day at the planned place of collection, even after 3pm (we had to bother a relative since we had to go). But NO ONE from SEUR has gone to pick up the package all day. They did not deign to call us the cell phone we had left as a contact, or of course a simple whatsapp or an email. NOTHING. Of course they charged us when processing the web form, but the service has never been done. And the worst of all is that NO ONE informed us of anything. Neither the web using the locator, nor your information phone (a 902 payment) that turns out to be an automatic answering machine (there is no one behind to help you) that repeats EXACTLY the same as it appears on the web (of course, taking his to charge us even more). The information is null and without detail: always appears the "registered service" without any other information that allows us to know what is happening. To make matters worse is that right now we are trying to put a claim on the web and there is always an error of type "There is no group for web claims". So there is no way to do anything else. They have kept the money and nothing happens here. REGRETTABLE. On other occasions we had used DHL or even Post, and everything had always gone well and if there was any delay, you could see what was happening thanks to the locator. At a good time we thought about trying SEUR, I still do not understand it. Of course, I had never encountered such an unfortunate transport company. I will never use SEUR again and of course I do not recommend it at all.
