We tried to sell our land ourselves and we were having a hard time with it. Then Midwest land group reached out to us and told us they would get it sold. I was unsure but I gave them a chance. Not only did they sell it right away they also got us more money in our pocket even after paying them for their services. Dennis did a great job for us. I highly recommend him.
