The "leadership" here is confused as to how to treat their people or even how to attain new clientele and business. The people in general are very nice and friendly. Unfortunately there's really no sales strategy to speak of and any questions to dig into details or specifics is met with resistance. Unfortunately the leadership team is very much a boys club and any attempt to change that is met with underhanded attempts to get individuals to quit, wouldn't want to pay out benefits. There's potential here, if only the leaders of this company could straighten out their heads and be willing to listen to sound advice.

The price of business here is also absurdly high for what's delivered. Plenty of other options at alternative studios that offer better quality for a much cheaper price. To anyone looking to so business, be sure to shop around before Fjord sells you a pipe dream.
