Spengler runs their company the way every company should! I have had to have several major things replaced lately, including the entire AC and furnace. Everyone that I dealt with were polite, respectful of me and my home, and honest. They gave me options for pricing to help fit in my budget, and gave me honest feedback as to what they would recommend at the least and at the most. They call before coming, giving me a thirty minute warning of when they will arrive. Sometimes, they even send me an email with the picture of the person coming. They are always clean, articulate, and very knowledgeable! I'll be honest - they are not the cheapest in town (and I am usually cheap). But they are also not the most expensive and are more than worth the price - especially for heating and plumbing, you get what you pay for. Let me put it this way, I have a home warranty that will cover some of what they do, I refused to use it. I chose to pay to have these guys do the job instead. That's how good of a job they do and how much I trust them.
