What I love about the HackerYou community is the commitment to inclusivity, the overall positivity, and the incredible combination of support from instructors, mentors, alumni, and peers. The learning style is really practical and results-oriented, and the projects are challenging but fun. I took the part-time front-end dev course, and subsequently the 9-week front-end bootcamp in 2016. The bootcamp is a once in a lifetime experience, and it allowed me to do my best and most ambitious work. The skills I learned at HackerYou plus my background as a graphic designer led me to a job I love as a Product Designer who codes.
