First time EVER attending anything at the former P...

First time EVER attending anything at the former PGE Park or Providence Park as an Lifetime Oregonian (I know, sad but true), until this evening.. Surprised My Father, Mom, and husband with tickets to see Portland Thorns FC VS Seattle @Providence Park for July 5th, 2019 for a late "Fathers Day", gift.. Literally all he's been speaking about is the World Cup and how a few of the Thorn players were on Team USA... I reached when the women were all back from World Cup, it just happened to be on a rivalry game too... Everyone was very nice getting into our Gate #G, it did SUCK as my dad has a prosthetic leg, and he had to go down all the stairs (which was difficult for him), and NONE of the 10 guys at the gate after seeing his prosthetic after the detector, NOT ONCE mentioned an easier entry for handicap people, or even offered to take him another way, which I felt they dropped the ball, and then when match was over, everyone was pushing to get out of section 220, E, 1-4... People pushing thier ways down the stairs, almost took my dad out, I finally stopped in the middle of the walkway, and states loudy my dad has a prosthetic leg, he can't get out safely, please slow down, while being shoved all the way to the line to go back up the stairs to go back out Gate #G.. Handicap seats were sold out, at least ones I can afford... Then I had to have my mom & dad walk in front of my husband & I so people wouldn't shove him down, or push him down, I was EXTREMELY CONCERNED for his safety... There were security all over, not directing anyone, or helping handcap elderly women & men out safely... I SERIOUSLY FEEL LIKE YOU GUYS NEED JUST A SPECIAL/SPECIFIC EXIT/ENTRANCE for just Handicap or disabled or elderly people, that's easy to acess... I did research online where our gate was locTed, parking and had it ALL COVERED prior to coming, to not even be informed our Gate #G or some gates have ALOT of stairs that are steep for someone 4'10 and has 1 leg... Also the consession stands/gear stands need some MAJOR DIRECTION from staff during halftime, I couldn't evwn use the bathroom, and you couldn't tell who was in line for what, and where to go...VERY CONFUSING, or have some 'General Volunteers', who show ACTUALLY DIRECT YOU, and take the initiative to help someone out who looks lost... The consession pricing is a bit EXTREME BY THE WAY, like $5.50 for a bottled water, or $6.50 for a bottled coke that u can't even keep the lid is RIDICULOUS to me,, and the 2 chicks arguing about whose ringing me up for a bottled water, Coke, and root beer..,your WATER STATION towatfs the Jersey looked like a trash or recycling receptacle, ot was DISGUSTING, and NO HAND SANITIZER near by grosses me out MORE!!!
