The worst company I have ever worked for. They don't care about how hard you work or how great you are at your job. If you go to management with a concern for the group, they treat you like the peon they see you as. They pay the bare minimum because they just don't care about anything but making a profit for themselves. I made more money waiting tables than at my so called "career" at ATL. They are so desperate for new hires that they will literally hire anyone. It's degrading to know that I worked my ass off for my chemistry degree and have years of experience under my belt, just to find out I'm making the same amount of money (or less) than the person next to me who doesn't even know what the different types of glassware are, let alone basic chemistry and instrumentation. If you want quality work, hire AND PAY quality workers. I wish I would have done my research before accepting my position here, worst career move I have made thus far.
