Robert is absolutely in tune with what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about! In desperation and with giving him little time to complete a job, he asked me to meet him after hours to drop off the item to be logo d. Not only did he open his door but completed the job WHILE I WAITED!!! Unheard of in this day if I m sorry, we re closed ... you need to come back another time.
May I add that his professionalism, expertise plus his quality of his work goes beyond anyone I ve dealt with in the past.
