Dear Owner....there was no breakdown in communications. Your staff was very clear that my trash would be picked up five days later than the promised date so you certainly do not need to apologize for any lack of communication. Id be more concerned with what really happened. Every word of my review is true and correct.

I signed up for service and they told me my first pick up would be on Thursday. Literally a brand new customer and they didn't pick up the trash on Thursday despite multiple guarantees AND promises that they would. Of course they didn't pick up the trash, then told me I would have to wait until Monday. Great business model. If I could give negative stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and call another service.
