My girlfriend and I come out to Harrah s every now and then to visit the pool area. We bought the refillable tumbler to purchase cheaper frozen drinks but the past few times that we have come out we weren t able to refill it. It seems like the bar decides to close whenever they feel like it. Once it was because it was sprinkling outside. The most recent time was because they weren t making enough at the bar so they shut down two hours early. I know this is a #firstworldproblem but it s frustrating because they only fill this drink at the pool bar. A simple solution would be to have another frozen drink machine at one of the inside bars. That way they can continue to close the outside bar whenever they feel like it and guests could continue to refill the tumbler inside the casino.
